Eligibility for Returns

  • Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery date.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Sale items or discounted merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return Items
To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at spartangyms.llc@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Provide Order Information: Include your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and any relevant details.

  3. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for returning your item(s).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Spartan Gyms is not responsible for items lost during return shipment.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the item is out of stock, you will be refunded.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at spartangyms.llc@gmail.com with your order details and pictures of the damage. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
